SME AUTOMATION

Automation for your SME, one process at a time

We start small: one process, from input to output, proven on your own data. You do not need an IT department for it, and you grow at your own pace.

Why an SME automates differently

An SME rarely has an IT department and almost always has an owner who is the bottleneck. An eighteen-month project does not fit there. One process that hurts today, built and run end to end, does fit. After that you decide whether a second one follows.

You do not need an IT department

We carry the building and the running. You do not have to hire people or buy servers. You say which process goes first, and you check what comes out.

  • We build and maintain it
  • You decide what gets built and in what order
  • Your people learn to work with it in the tools they already use

What you get

One process running from input to output, with the documentation alongside it.

  • A working chain for one process, under your own name
  • A specification of everything built, documented and current
  • Your data in a common format, at any time
  • An activity log showing what happened

What this is not

We do not replace your IT and we do not take over your servers. Your standard package for accounting or customer management stays where it is; we automate the process around it and write the results back where you expect them. The whole is the chain of one process, not your company's entire IT.

You steer, even if you are not technical

Nothing gets built that you did not ask for. We write out every request as a specification and give it back to you in plain language, and we build only after you agree. That way you know what is there at any point, even when you do not follow the technology underneath.

How we start at an SME

Conversation

A first conversation about where the manual work sits. We tell you plainly where automation fits and where it does not.

Assessment

We look at one process and show where the time and the money go. You get an honest picture before anything is built.

Specification

We write out what you ask for. You get the specification back in plain language and you sign off on it.

Build and train

We build the chain and teach your people to work with it, in the tools they already use.

Run

We operate the service and keep it current. You approve what goes out, and you decide whether a second process follows.

Who owns what

The platform

The engine underneath is ours and is not for sale. That is why an SME can afford this without its own development team.

Your business logic

Your fields, your calculation rules and your pricing logic are yours, documented and exportable in a common format.

The running service

We host it, maintain it and keep it current. You use it, and you can leave at any point.

YOU DECIDE

You decide what gets built

You set the order

Nothing gets built that you did not ask for. You say which process goes first and what can wait.

Every request becomes a specification

We write out what you ask for as a specification. You get it back documented, and it stays current while we work on it.

Your data can leave at any time

Your data is available in a common format. Not only at the end of the engagement, but at any point during it.

Every next process lands faster and better

The more of your operation sits inside the managed whole, the stronger the next process becomes. The environment already knows your fields, your calculation rules, your terms and your integrations. The second process builds on the first, not on zero.

Shorter lead time on every next processLess alignment work, because your rules are already thereThe platform improves as AI itself gets stronger

Frequently asked questions about SME automation

  • Is this realistic for a small company?

Yes. We start with one process that is complete in itself, because an SME cannot wait a year for a result. If it works, you choose the next one yourself.

  • What does it cost?

There is no fixed price list and no per-seat fee. Every engagement gets a fixed scope and a quote you see in full before you sign. What shapes that quote is on our pricing page; the figure itself follows a conversation about your process.

  • Do we need someone from IT for this?

No. If you do have an IT or automation lead, they work on the specification with us and decide the order with us. If you do not, we carry the full responsibility for the process you hand us.

  • Do we have to replace our current software?

No. Your standard package for accounting, quoting or customer management stays where it is. We connect to it and automate the process around it.

  • What if it does not work?

Then it stops at that one engagement. Your business logic is documented and your data can leave in a common format, at any time. You are not tied to anything.

  • Does our data stay in Europe?

Yes. FlowCraft is a Belgian company and your data is stored in Europe. It is never used to train public AI models.
