What is AI automation exactly?

What does it cost?
Every engagement has a fixed scope and a quote you see in full up front. There are no per-seat fees and no price that grows with your headcount. What shapes that quote is on our pricing page; the figure itself follows a conversation about your process.

Do we have to replace our existing software?
No. We connect to what you already run. A standard package for accounting or customer management stays where it is; we automate the process around it and write the results back where you expect them.

How long does a first engagement take?
That depends on the process. We deliberately start small, with one process that is complete in itself, and after the assessment you know where you stand. We won't promise a timeline here that we have not measured on your own process.

What if we want to stop later?
Then what is yours comes with you. Your business logic is documented, your data can leave in a common format, and that holds at any point in the engagement. Anyone can rebuild from that.

Does our data stay in Europe?
Yes. FlowCraft is a Belgian company and your data is stored in Europe. It is never used to train public AI models. If you later want to run everything on your own servers, that works too.
