Tailored to your business
Setting up an AI team isn't a one-size-fits-all subscription. Every engagement is bespoke — shaped around the business areas you want covered, the depth of customisation, and the compliance scope you operate in. You get a clear, fixed-scope quote before any work begins.
What shapes your quote
Four things drive the investment — every other variable rolls up into one of these.
Scope of coverage
How many business areas your AI team covers. One focused proof of value reads very differently from a multi-area rollout across operations, finance, and support.
Depth of customisation
How much of the methodology needs to be adapted to your processes, your data models, and your existing systems. Off-the-shelf is cheaper. Bespoke specialists cost more — and pay back faster.
Ongoing engagement
Whether you want a one-off setup with handover, an annual operating engagement with continuous updates, or a multi-year strategic partnership. Each model is priced for the value it delivers.
Compliance scope
Whether you need the EU AI Act high-risk documentation package, sector-specific audit trails, or extended security layers for sensitive workflows. We price the scope you actually need, not a generic compliance bundle.
What's always included
Regardless of scope, every engagement comes with these — no add-ons, no upsells.
You own the methodology
The methodology that drives your AI team is licensed to your organisation. You can operate it, extend it, and continue using it independently. No vendor lock-in by design.
Runs under your own name
Every output, message, and report carries your brand. Your customers and your team see your name. FlowCraft stays invisible.
Built-in oversight
Activity logs, role-based access, and human review checkpoints come standard on every deployment. No additional licence, no governance add-on tier.
How quoting works
From first conversation to signed quote in about two weeks — no procurement gauntlet, no vague proposals.
Conversation
We talk for an hour. You explain the business areas, the constraints, the goals. We share what FlowCraft is and isn't a fit for. No slides, no sales script.
Scope assessment
We map your scope against the four quote factors and produce a concrete engagement proposal — deliverables, timeline, and a fixed investment figure. Usually back to you within a week.
Fixed-scope quote
Once you accept the proposal, you receive a fixed-scope contract your finance team can sign off on. No surprise invoices, no per-seat creep. Work starts within two weeks.

Frequently asked questions
-
Why custom quotes rather than published prices?
Enterprise AI infrastructure isn't a commodity SaaS product, and one-size pricing serves nobody well. A focused proof of value in one business area reads very differently from a multi-year, multi-area rollout. Custom quotes mean you only pay for what your situation actually requires — and you see the full investment figure before signing anything.
-
Are there per-seat or per-user fees?
No. FlowCraft engagements are fixed-scope contracts, not per-seat subscriptions. You can add team members, scale up usage, and grow internal adoption without per-user invoices. The investment is tied to what we deliver, not how many people end up using it.
-
How do you avoid surprise invoices?
Every engagement is a fixed-scope contract with deliverables and a defined investment figure agreed up front. Scope changes are quoted and approved separately — never silently invoiced. Your finance team gets a single line item they can plan against.
-
What is the EU AI Act deadline we need to be aware of?
High-risk AI obligations under the EU AI Act take effect on 2 August 2026. Enterprises deploying AI in high-risk domains must demonstrate oversight, traceability, and human review by that date. FlowCraft's architecture provides these from day one — activity logs, clear approval steps, role-based access, and task management are built into every deployment, not retrofitted. The compliance documentation package is one of the factors that can shape your quote.
-
Does FlowCraft depend on US cloud infrastructure?
No. FlowCraft BV is a Belgian company with no US parent company. The methodology is distributed via our own servers with European data storage. Task management runs on your own infrastructure. Your AI team works with leading AI models and supports running a model entirely on your own servers — meaning you can operate within Europe today, and fully on your own premises later.
-
What does the consultation cost?
Nothing. The initial 60-minute conversation is free and there's no obligation to continue. If FlowCraft isn't a fit for your situation, we'll tell you — and probably point you to something that is.
