The team works with leading AI models — including Claude and GPT — or with a model running entirely on your own servers. Your own processes always come first, and you can swap the underlying model without rebuilding the work that sits on top of it.
Reads what comes in
Email, documents, chat, voice notes, scanned plans. The team reads the raw input in the form it arrives, so nothing has to be re-typed or re-formatted first.
We built this for a geveldrager manufacturer: a customer sends their building plans, and the software reads them and produces a draft quote and a 3D design, ready for approval. Every result is checked and approved before it goes out — and because the reading and drafting are automated, one person handles roughly 30 to 40 quote-checks a day. We recently shipped advanced finite-element structural calculations into the same flow.

Nothing is delivered straight to your customer on its own. Each result is produced, passed through an independent control step, and put in front of a person to approve. You see exactly what happened, and you decide what ships.

Your way of working stays yours
The team is set up to follow how your business actually works — your steps, your rules, your standards — not a generic template bolted on afterwards.
A worked example: say a checklist of yours requires every quote to include a delivery date, a payment term, and a site-visit note. The team applies that rule to every quote it drafts and flags any that is missing one. The rules live with your account — only your organisation uses them, and you are free to extend or change them at any time.

Work moves through clear approval steps. Every action is logged with who did it and when. Role-based access means only the right people can approve each stage.
Three access levels — team member, lead, and admin. Work moves through a fixed sequence: open, in progress, in review, complete, with no skipped steps. The full activity log is always there for an internal review or a compliance report.
Your data stays in Europe
FlowCraft is a Belgian company. Your data is stored in Europe, on your own infrastructure, and is never used to train public AI models. No US parent company in the picture.
Some cloud providers with a US parent company can be required to hand over your data under US law — even when the servers sit physically in Europe. FlowCraft has no US parent company, so a change in international data law changes nothing for our customers. Your data stays yours: it is never fed into public AI models for training.
AI governance built in
Clear approval steps, a full activity log, role-based access, and a human review checkpoint — part of every deployment from day one, not retrofitted later.
The EU AI Act is already in force, with its enforcement powers active from August 2026 and the heavier obligations for higher-risk uses following after. Teams that treat oversight as an afterthought will have to bolt it onto systems never built for it. With FlowCraft, the oversight — the approval steps, the activity log, the human checkpoint — is part of the architecture from the start, ready for those obligations as they apply to you.
