Renovation

From address to quote

Quoting a renovation starts with measuring the roof that is already there.

  1. You enter the address.
  2. We fetch the building outline from the Flemish base map (GRB), an aerial photo and the heights.
  3. From those we recognise the roof planes, the pitch and the ridge.
  4. You see the roof in 3D, with the area of each roof plane.
  5. The areas give the quantities and a first version of the quote.

Example

The roof planes of a hipped roof, recognised from the heights: direction, pitch and area per plane, ridge and total. Example on fictitious data.

New build

From plan or bill of quantities to quote

Quoting a new build starts with the architect's plan or the bill of quantities.

  1. The plan or the bill of quantities comes in.
  2. On the plan we recognise the flat roofs, roof edges, upstands, drains and rooflights. From a bill of quantities we read the items.
  3. From the section we assemble the roof build-up, layer by layer.
  4. You see the roof in 3D.
  5. The model gives the quantities. The quantities give the quote.

Example

The quantities for the quotation, beside the 3D roof.

Aftercare

After-sales service

A customer reports a leak or other damage. We follow that call through to the invoice.

  1. The call comes in, with the site address.
  2. It goes into the schedule.
  3. Roofers see their day on their phone.
  4. On site they fill in a job sheet with before and after photos, a voice note and the time worked.
  5. That gives the report, the mileage and suggested materials based on similar repairs.
  6. If the repair is covered by the warranty, that is noted and no invoice goes out. If not, a draft invoice is ready in your own software.

Example

The report of a repair: photos before and after, explanation, time, kilometres and a material proposal. Example on fictitious data.

It works inside the software you already use

You keep working in the software you already use, for example Robaws. What we build puts the data there, from the quote to the draft invoice.

The film in two versions

One starts with a renovation, the other with a new build. Both end with the after-sales service. The screens show in simplified form how it would look.

Example

A one-time setup, then usage in credits

The setup builds the product on your own rules and documents. After that you pay only for what you actually use.

How does it work at your company today, from the first question to the invoice?

We would be glad to talk it through for half an hour.
