FlowCraft

Marketing automation

A brand with something to say every week, without every post starting by hand. FlowCraft plans, makes, checks and measures the content.

From brand voice to measurement

  1. 01

    Brand voice and themes

The brand gets a fixed voice, themes and rules on tone and language, which you approve yourself.

  2. 02

    A calendar per channel

Episodes, comics and carousels sit on a calendar, per channel where your audience actually gathers.

  3. 03

    Made and prepared

Texts, images and videos are made and prepared for every channel.

  4. 04

    Editing before publication

Every text goes through an editorial check in the reader's language before anyone approves it.

  5. 05

    Measure and adjust

What we measure is agreed up front. The calendar adjusts on that basis.

How an episode is made

  1. 01

    Choosing a storyline

For each episode you choose a storyline from a few proposals, or note what should change.

  2. 02

Start frames from your own artwork

Every shot starts from a frame based on the official drawings of your characters. A note adjusts the camera or the set.

  3. 03

    Voices first

We work in a studio's order. The voices and start frames come first, then an animatic for your approval, and only then the video.

  4. 04

    One story, several formats

Comics and carousels for the other days of the week come from the same images and the same story.

The story platform on screen

The screens are a simplified view; the episode and the comics are real output. The captions in the film are in Dutch.

A person approves

Nothing appears without approval. You see what is ready, what is approved and what is published; your team decides what goes online. Every channel has its own connection, with the access keys encrypted per organisation. If a post fails or its result is unclear, a person decides what happens next. Ad campaigns start paused, and only a person switches on spend.

A one-time setup, then usage in credits

The setup builds the product on your own rules and documents. After that you pay only for what you actually use.
